Our Team

Kieran was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2015 but has worked in legal practices in London’s West End and Wiltshire since 2007 as a paralegal, trainee solicitor, solicitor and partner. Kieran mostly works on property related matters and supervises his colleagues, but he continues to have a caseload of the more complex residential or commercial transactions such as land development. Kieran also advises on lease extensions, enfranchisement and amendments to property titles and has a reputation for finding solutions to property legal conundrums. He is also qualified in Private Client law and offers specialist advice for Wills, Trusts, Estates Administration and Powers of
Attorney.

Coming from a family business background and running his own firm Kieran also provides general commercial legal advice to small businesses such as on dispute resolution, terms and conditions and general employment matters.

Kieran has studied at UCL, completed his Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course and Legal MBA at UWE and has returned to UCL to continue his professional development by studying to cross qualify as a Notary Public so he can deal with international matters.

Away from the office Kieran is a passionate Bath Rugby supporter, escapes to Cornwall for weekend breaks, and often has his goldendoodle Oscar sat under his desk in the office.

Kieran’s legal rate is £420 (£350 + VAT) per hour.

Imogen is our Private Client Executive and deals with all manner of Private Client matters such as advising on and drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys and also dealing with Court of Protection Deputyships and Estate Administration such as Probate. Imogen is supervised by Kieran Weisberg.

Imogen previously worked at a local firm of Solicitors for ~18 years as a Private Client Executive doing similar work and previously worked overseas as an Associate Director of the Private Family Office of the Bermuda Trust Company advising Ultra High Net Worth Clients in relation to Trusts. Imogen usually works Monday – Thursday.

Laura is a Property Executive who deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing.

With over 25 years experience in conveyancing working in Somerset and the South West there is little that she has not come across.

Clients appreciate her diligent, friendly and calming approach during what could be an otherwise stressful time in people’s lives.

Laura is supervised by Kieran Weisberg.

Laura’s legal rate is £360 (£300 + VAT) per hour.

Stephen was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1992 and served a local firm as a partner for over 25 years, including 13 years as Managing Partner. Whilst he has extensive management experience, he now serves his loyal Commercial Property clients and has particular interest in land development, promotion and investment.

Stephen obtained his LLB in Law from the University of Buckingham and completed his Law Society Finals at the College of Law.

Stephen’s legal rate is £420 (£350 + VAT) per hour.

Jo has extensive experience in the local property market here in Bath and has extensive knowledge of the challenges associated with a wide range of property types, including listed Georgian townhouses, Victorian terraces, new-build developments, and both established and modern leasehold homes.

Away from the office Jo loves spending time with her two mini dachshunds, baking and cooking.

Emelia has over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.

Away from work, Emelia enjoys spending time with her family. Most weekends find her on the touchline, cheering on her daughter, a keen hockey player. She also enjoys pottering in her garden and anything equestrian.
